Time for Renewal - Malachi 3
Lesson 1: God prepares us for restoration by sending a messenger. He does not leave us wandering in the wilderness.
Key Concept: Each one of us has a part to play by seeking the Lord diligently so that he comes into His clean temple.
Community Group Application: Each one of us is God’s messenger and we should bring the good news to others as we invite them to join the community group discussions.
Lesson 2: God places high value in us, hence the refinement and cleansing to make us ready for his coming.
Lesson 3: Purification and refinement finally restore us to God’s original purpose so we reflect his image. We will come out radiant.
Key Concept: Renewal comes through testing and cleansing. You can not remain the same after going through purification and yet claim to have been renewed.
Community Group Application: You are the light of the world. Each one of us reflects God’s image. Let us reflect righteousness in all our actions to attract those who do not know Christ to come and join us.
